Axiom Personnel processes all personal data and sensitive
personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act
1998 in all aspects of the business. The purposes for which
we process the data are registered with the Information Commissioner’s
Office (ICO) in compliance with the legislation. The ICO is
the enforcement body for this law. The “Notification”
of our purposes is available on the Public Register of Data
Controllers on the ICO website at www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk
We will only share your personal data if we are required
to do so by UK law, we need to as part of our contracted services
with you or to protect you. Sensitive personal data is only
processed with your explicit consent.
None of the above affects your rights to request a copy of
any personal data we may hold on you. Such requests must be
made in writing - email is acceptable. They should be addressed
to The Data Protection Officer at Axiom Personnel. Please
note that the company may charge a £10.00 administration
fee which is payable in advance and non-refundable.
Please note that Axiom Personnel cannot accept liability
for the handling of your personal data by any organisation
we may contact on your behalf. These organisations should
have their own Data Protection policies, but we can give you
the contact details to allow you to exercise your rights of
access with these third party organisations if you wish.
